All NaturallyCool alliance partners are member companies of ScotlandIS (www.scotlandis.com) - the industry trade body in Scotland for ICT and Digital Technologies.  ScotlandIS has over 250 member companies and offers a wide range of member services, events and training programmes.  ScotlandIS also supports a number of member driven Special Interest Groups; including the NaturallyCool alliance.

NaturallyCool members ensure multiple supply sources of bandwidth provide a "failsafe" bandwidth environment.  Multiple bandwidth supplies are fed into the network in a triangulated, resilient, form where the NaturallyCool members' infrastructure ensures that, in the event of a failure of one or more of the supplies, there remains a continuous supply of bandwidth to all their customers.

The network backbone for all our members is composed of high-end routers and switches from Cisco, Juniper, Foundry and FS.  networks are fully switched and redundant to provide for connectivity free of collisions and packet loss.  As you would expect all our members have dual power supplies to keep them up and running in case of equipment failure.
